A Spark of Faith
As a spark, I have awakened
Not of hatred, not of envy
Nor attrition over trivialities
That plague the lesser minds
I am conceived of a resolve
Ambitious, but profound
To ignite a flame of faith
Unwavering that may stand
As does a mighty mountain
Before the formidable winds
I burn of sheer compassion
To give those, who lay benumbed
By the coldness of their hearts,
The warmth I hold within
And rescue them poor slaves
Of the stubborn pride therein
Fueled by a deep reverence
I emulate the divine light
One that dwells in tiny fireflies
And those faraway stars alike
For I yearn to glow in that way
And bring its glory unto others
Revealing all that is of essence
With my illuminating presence...

In spirit of the poem:
In many ways, the nature of any journey relies on how we take the first step and build the momentum thereafter. It depends on us whether it remains an insignificant step or becomes a giant leap.
Sometimes, a spark of faith is all you have. True effort lies in being aware when it knocks your sensory doors. True effort lies in fueling that infant spark with all the passion you can muster. True effort lies in nurturing it with patience, so that one day it evolves into a radiant flame — one that can stand firm against the mighty winds of doubt, one that can liberate the hearts and minds of so many others who have fallen prey to hopelessness , one that can reignite the willingness to change in those who have grown hesitant to the notion of transformation. So embrace that little spark of faith with a sense of wonder and gratitude, for who knows it may have been set off by a force that exists far beyond the limits of perception. Who knows, out of billions of people, you might be the chosen one who can amplify that message of change. Who knows, you might be the one who becomes the voice of transformation.
